Meet the team
Bianca DiCamillo
Client Operations Supervisor
Bianca attended Arizona State University focusing on Hospitality and Management. She joined Percorso from Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. Bianca started her career at Percorso in 2013 and subsequently took on additional management and personnel responsibilities. In addition to overseeing the customer service team, she manages and maintains our Quality Management System at the company.
Patrick O’Brien
Customer Service Account Manager
Patrick graduated from Syracuse University in 2014 and joined the Percorso team in 2016. Patrick has worked with many Percorso clients in the past 7 years. He is the primary lead for Hycult Biotech Inc. and ArticZymes Technologies. In addition to this role Patrick handles inside sales responsibilities for several our clients.
Dana Smith
Client Service Account Manager
Dana joined Percorso Life Sciences in January of 2021. She attended the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. and is a member of the Alpha Tau Epsilon chapter of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Prior to Percorso Dana was the Manager and Financial Administrator for the Township of Chester in Delaware County, PA. In addition, she worked for Savage Services, a subsidiary of CSX railroad as Office Coordinator and Customer Service Representative focusing on processes to improve business operations and customer satisfaction. At Percorso Dana can leverage her experience in business administration, bookkeeping, customer service and logistics.
Ariana Sutor
Client Service Account Manager
Ariana joined Percorso in early 2022. Prior to working with Percorso Ariana held customer service, sales, and administrative roles at Glen Mills Animal Hospital, Pet Valu, and Green Lawn. Ariana works with several clients and is trained in customer service, logistics, liquid handling, and outbound marketing effort.
Evangelia Gavrilas – Kranz
Customer Service Representative
Evangelia attended Temple University focusing on Pharmacy with minor in Biology. She joined Percorso from CVM in King of Prussia, PA. Evangelia started her career at Percorso in 2022 maintaining customer accounts and record account information. In addition to overseeing the customers financial accounts, she handles the shipping of our products. She is fluent in English, Greek and some German.
